About Us
Experience
We are a long serving specialist within the joinery industry from factory planning of large and small machine centres to waste control and productivity improvements. We help setup CNC and window line machines with full tool solutions. As a technical director within a quality timber window & door business for more than 17 years and have more than 35 years’ experience with all aspects of joinery and the furniture business.
We can offer a full design service of high performing timber windows and doors with manufacturing details through all types of joinery work machinery using Autocad 2D software. All products will be able to pass industry standards for weather performance under BS6375-1 & 2 as well as PAS24 security to Document Q.
Support
We will also offer acoustic and thermal calculation support to meet requirements for building regulations. We have a wealth of knowledge regarding glazing methods and glass solutions to meet all aspects required to sell products.
We can help setup chain of custody for FSC & PEFC timber procurement within the joinery business. Having an understanding of large specialist timber procurement using all types of material from solid hardwoods to engineered laminated material and modified timbers, also controlled third party verification bodies such as BSI Kitmark and the Q mark standards.

Scotts Of Thrapston
We project managed the installation of a new CNC router which will future proof the business and increase productivity while reducing labour times. This project required product design, a new factory layout to lean manufacturing.
SCM in Rimini Italy
The management team in Italy signing off the new SCM router that will change the way they manufacture all joinery but especially windows & doors.
TIMBAWOOD
Looked at the core production process and material procurement to focus the business on the changes needed to improve margin and manufacturing methods.
CARRS Garden Buildings
Carrs acquired a CNC centre without the knowledge to use. We project managed the purchase of a tool solution and clamping method to help reduce manufacturing times and improve quality. Training is due to take place in September.
Tool solutions
Along with Oertli Tooling and logical Bridge software team we managed to produce traditional mortise and tenons that can be machined in 45 second for each joint.
Witness reports
